Most Sialkot police stations in rented buildings

SIALKOT: Out of the total 26 police stations functioning in Sialkot district, as many as 10 are being run in rented buildings since their establishment there. So far, no headway has been made to allot specific places for their construction.

Pesticide kills 2 sisters

OKARA: Two sisters were killed after inhaling pesticide while spraying it on crop in the fields here Wednesday. According to details, Yasmeen and Sajida, residents of village Bail Gang, were spraying pesticide on the maize crop in the fields when both of them fell unconscious after inhaling it. They were taken to the hospital but could not survive.
