The management reserves the rights to refuse or suspend the publication of any advertisement without assigning any reason.
All the advertisements are accepted in good faith and management accepts no responsibility regarding, the bonafide of the advertisers.
Efforts will be made to publish the ad as per Artwork & Design. However, due to large print run reproduction slight deviation from the original artwork can occur, in any case requests for free make- good will not be entertained.
In case any advertiser or advertising agency fails to pay bills within the period for which credit is allowed, the management will be at liberty to suspend publication of subsequent advertisement of such clients and the contract if any shall be deemed to have been terminated without prejudice to the right of recovery of dues.

Cancellation of advertisements will only be accepted if at least 48 hours advance notice is given in writing.
In case any advertisement booked to appear in combined editions is missed in any of the edition, either a make-good date for the missed insertions, should be given or the published insertions will be charged at the individual rates of concerned editions.
While the publication of competitive advertisement in close approximately to each other is avoided, no guarantee can be given in this respect nor claims for free repeat in such cases will be entertained unless the advertiser/advertising agency agrees to pay an extra percentage for specified position.
Advertisement missed on the scheduled dates may be published on the following day without seeking prior approval.
