Karachi: During a combined operation by Rangers and Police on Sunday in Karachi, two target killers were arrested involved in different serious crimes.
Upon investigation from them, it was came to known that they belonged to MQM-London. The operation occurred in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, an area of Karachi.
Muttahida Qaumi Movement is a political party in Pakistan. It was divided into two parties after the Altaf Hussain raised an Anti-Pakistan slogan in one of his online speech from London.
The party workers decided to divide the party and got separated from Altaf Hussain. After that, two parties were made MQM-London operated by Altaf Hussain and MQM-Pakistan, which is being operated by Farooq Sattar. The party workers shifted to their party according to their will.
It was told by the forces that during their operation they arrested the target killer from Disco Bakery in Gulshan-e-Iqbal. The security officials recovered many dangerous weapons from them. Upon investigation from the accused Naseem, he told the officials about the place where the weapons were placed. The accused told that weapons were placed in Hill Park.
The Police later revealed the information about the weapons found from the site. It was told that three 9MM pistols, Russian Sniper and a 30 bore pistol was found from the site which was then took by the police in their custody.
Naseem was involved in different serious crimes, which was latterly confessed by him. He even told the forces that he was released from the jail and all the cases filed against him were removed by MQM when they came into rule. The cases were removed on the basis of NRO.
These target killers were involved in the Lyari gang war and many other crimes including the murder and also played an important role in the clash of MQM.
