Court ordered to form medical board for Faisal Raza Abidi’s medical check-up

Islamabad: Pakistan People’s Party ex-Senator Faisal Raza Abidi was arrested in case of using unethical words for Chief Justice of Pakistan.

He was charged under the anti-terrorism court. After listening to the court when he came out of the Supreme Court, he was arrested by Police. Later the Police shifted him to the Secretariat Jail.

After this, Islamabad anti-terrorism court canceled the additional bail of Faisal Raza Abidi and was given to the police for physical remand for two days.

Faisal Raza Abidi faced some critical medical condition in these days. He wanted to have a medical check, so he applied for his bail on medical grounds to get a check-up.

According to the information, the listening of this bail after arrest in charge of using unethical words against CJ Saqib Nisar was carried out in Islamabad High Court.

Court listening, regarding to his bail was carried out by Justice Mian Gul and Atthar Min-Ullah. They asked from Faisal that whether he wanted bail on medical grounds for which he replied in yes.

The court then accepted his application and ordered to make a medical board for his check-up.

Islamabad High Court then ordered PIMS hospital to make a medical board and submit the report in the court within 7 days.

Court will then proceed its listening, depending on the medical report by the board. In this regard, court postponed the listening until the reports came in front of them.
