Summer Vacations Schedule is expected to be Revised in Sindh

Sindh: Sindh’s schools have been observing summer vacation holidays in the months of June and July from the last many years. But, this time, Sindh Education department has decided to change the summer vacations schedule.

A governing committee on Wednesday decided to change the schedule of the summer vacations. Instead of having summer vacations in the month of June and July, schools will remain close in May and June.    

Also, the committee has decided to change the school timings. All the schools will start at 8:30 am and the closing timings will be 2 pm. Moreover, the teachers will stay in their respective schools and colleges till 3 pm.  

Due to the changes in the summer vacation holidays schedule, the date of the final exams will also get changed. The exams will be held from March 20 to April 30.

There is other breaking news that the schools will not close on various public holidays. All the students will come to school to attend different functions related to different events, such as Pakistan Day, Kashmir Day, Independence Day, and Death Anniversary of Quaid-e-Azam.  

The government will review these suggestions and then decide whether they are worth to implement or not.
