please inform that capital smart housing society is registered soceity and have noc from government authority like cda or punjab housing authority and total area acquired uptil now for this project. what happened in past most of the soceities have no noc from government authoritis and booked plots more than the land they have, thus allotees are waiting for years to get the plot.
