The minister of Railways Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed has announced to run twenty more trains from March of this year. He also added that we would increase the number of freight trains from eight to twenty.
Talking to the media, he said that we are going to open 24/7 pharmacy shops at all the railway stations. And at all big stations, doctors will also be available, he added.
Further, he said that we have started taking actions against those who travel without tickets. We are generating 60 million every week, he added.
Moreover, he said that we are going to take strict actions from February 1. We have started twenty trains already, and twenty more trains will start running from March. We are doing all this to improve our railway system, and the nation has to contribute in this, he added.
Rasheed also said that we are requesting the public to avoid traveling without tickets and always keep the stations and coaches clean.
