Government may impose tax on prepaid mobile cards once again

The government of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has decided to impose federal excise duty on 100 Rs prepaid mobile card from June 30, 2019.

The prepaid customers are getting 100 Rs balance on the purchase of 100 Rs prepaid card, but the offer is going to be end soon.

The mini-budget is going to be presented tomorrow in National Assembly where it is expected that this balance offer will be ended.

Earlier, customers were getting 75 RS on 100 Rs card, but then the former chief justice of Pakistan Mian Saqib Nisar took notice over the issue. At present, the customers are getting 100 on 100 but after the implementation of federal excise duty, the amount of balance will be reduced again.

  2. I don’t know who is pti I know only imran khan so I request to great IK don’t do this because people of Pakistan already face a lot of financial strom and many more.🙏😢
