Loralai: At Least 9 Martyred and 21 Injured as Anonymous Gunmen Attack at Police Office

Latest Update: 9 People martyred including 3 policemen. Five people were civil employees of police while the 1 was a candidate who came to interview in the office of DIG police. 21 injured people have been shifted to the hospital immediately. There are 12 policemen and 9 civilian candidates among the injured people. They were 3 in numbers and came wearing on the suicide jackets.

QUETTA: According to the sources, two policemen martyred and 20 injured due to the attack of anonymous shooters at the office of DIG police in Loralai.

Initially, a blast was heard. Later, it came to know that three anonymous suicide bombers entered the DIG office. First, they threw hand grenades then they started firing. The policemen started retaliatory firing. Resultantly, two of the gunmen were killed.

Two policemen martyred on the spot and 20 injured due to this attack. All of the wounded were carried out to the nearest hospital where Four out of 20 are in critical condition.

The incident took place when the interviews for the recruitment of the police constables were going on in the office of DIG Police. When the incident took place, the DIG police Nisar Ahmed Khan was also present in the office. However, he remained safe and evacuated the site safely.

The entire area has been cordoned off in an emergency condition. The contingent staff of the police was called to meet an emergency. Furthermore, the security forces have covered the site completely.
