Asia Bibi’s Blasphemy Acquittal Upheld by Supreme Court

Today, Aasiya Bibi’s Blasphemy Acquittal Upheld by the Supreme Court of Pakistan. The court has released her. She is not found guilty of committing this Blasphemy for which she was accused.

The Supreme Court remarked that the accused Christian mother has already lost ten precious years of her life.

No evidence shows that she has committed the Blasphemy.

The Chief Justice Asif Saeed Khosa rejected the petition filed by the hardliners.

Due to the petition, Asiya Bibi was bound to stay here in an insecure atmosphere. Now she is free to reunite with her family. Even she is free to live in any other country in the world where she could breathe freely.

The Supreme Court of Pakistan continued the hearing of the case for two hours. Justice Asif Saeed Khosa headed three members bench of the Court.
