SICPA Pakistan Won Another CSR Award for 2019

KARACHI: SICPA Pakistan has won another NFEH award in “Best Practices” category for the year 2019. Remember that it also won the National Forum for Environment and Health award in 2017 and 2018. On Monday, the 11th annual CSR Summit 2019 award ceremony was organized in Karachi. The chief guest for the award ceremony was the President of Pakistan Dr. Arif Alvi. In total, 57 leading domestic and international companies received CSR Award and SICPA Pakistan is one of them.

Let me explain about SICPA and its functioning first. SICPA Pakistan is a joint venture of SICPA SA, Switzerland and Pak Security Printing Corporation that started its journey in 1995. It manufactures the security ink for Pakistani bank notes and valuable documents. In short, SICPA Pakistan provides a perfect security solution to more than 75 consumers in private and public sectors against the fraudulent and conspiracies.

SICPA Pakistan is also promoting the education and health facilities to the needy portion of the Pakistani population. Furthermore, it also supports SICPA Citizen Foundation and Nasra School Trust. Moreover, it has started an Educational Excellence Award program for the talented children of poor families who show brilliance in the educational field. The said award will encourage them and they will show more perfection in studies.

SICPA also organized a Blood Donation camp for the SICPA employees in the health sector.  In the said sector, SICPA is supporting various institutions including The Kidney Centre, Jinnah Post Graduate Medical Centre and Layton Rahmatulla Benevolent Trust.
