PM Imran Khan Lauds for Pakistan Citizen Portal App Success in World Govt. Summit

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan hails the Pakistan Citizen Portal app’s recognition as the “Second Best Government Mobile App” in the World Govt. Summit. Prime Minister showed his great pleasure and satisfaction over the best performance of this Government-owned app.

According to the sources, 4646 apps from 87 countries were selected for the World Government Summit organized in Dubai. The Indonesian Government-owned app “Qlue Smart City” got the first position while Pakistan Citizen Portal got the second position in all 4646 apps. The Government-owned app by the USA got the third position. So, Prime Minister tweeted and lauded the Pakistani people for the best performance and recognition of this app. He further says that it is an excellent point to note that the app receives a rating of 4.5/5 and in Google Search, you can see the app on the 7th highest rank that shows its popularity.

The app had been launched on 23rd October 2018, and it has resolved 250,000 complaints so far. It is considered the best app in Pakistan to address their issues timely.
