LAHORE: Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore will be remained closed today from 11 AM to 6 PM.
The Civil Aviation Authority’s spokesperson stated that the airport would be closed for departures and arrivals of the flights today. It is due to some patchwork of the runway that is being carried out. The spokesman of the Civil Aviation Authority further stated that the CAA has already informed all the airlines regarding the patchwork of the runway and today’s schedule. So, the airlines will also follow the schedule, and there will be no departure for domestic and international flights today. The departure or arrival of international flights will also remain closed. The airlines will schedule their flights once the patchwork is over after 6 PM today.
