Captured Indian Pilot Taken to Wagah Border

LAHORE: The arrested Indian pilot Abhi Nandan has been brought to Wagah Border where he will be handed over to the Indian High Commission.

The Indian Wing Commander Abhi Nandan will cross the Wagah Border today sometime between 5 PM to 8 PM to enter his country. Indian crowd has started gathering at Wagah Border to welcome him.

Pakistani Foreign Office had already informed officially regarding the release of captured Indian pilot Abhi Nandan. According to the foreign office spokesman, Indian Air Attache Group Captain, J E Crane holding the traveling documents of Abhi Nandan had departed for Lahore early morning today. He will accompany Abhi Nandan and will take him back to India.

As PM Pakistan, Imran Khan has already told, Pakistan decided to release this captured Indian pilot Abhi Nandan as a ‘Peace’ gesture. Many voices from India can be heard welcoming PM Pakistan’s decision as he took a sage and timely resolution of de-escalation from the war between two atomic powers.
