ISLAMABAD: The Govt will conduct the balloting for applications for Hajj Scheme 2019 in Islamabad today. The balloting will take place at 4 PM.

According to the sources, Dr. Noor-ul-Haq Qadri, the Minister for Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony will be the chief guest of this ceremony. He will conduct the balloting for Hajj applications for 2019. The applicants can view the results of balloting on the official site of the Ministry of Religious Affairs. However, the relevant department will inform the successful candidates via SMS.

In 2019, 184,210 Pakistanis are allowed to perform Hajj. About 107,526 out of 184,210 will go to perform Hajj under the Government Hajj Scheme, and the remaining will go by the private schemes. The 2019 Hajj Policy shows that the pilgrims will pay Rs 436,975 for Hajj and Rs 19,451 as additional charges for sacrificing the animals.
