According to the sources, the Railway Minister Sheikh Rasheed Ahmad was addressing to the public in Post Graduate College for Women in Satellite Town, Rawalpindi. He announced that he donated all his property to the universities. He is popular among the public for his bold statements, but today, he made the people stunned while addressing them in a public meeting.
