ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan brought another relief for the public in Ramadan month. The people can get 19 Basic food items such as flour, cooking oil, lentils and other things on special discount prices. Other 1500 eatables are also available on discounted prices on more than 4000 utility stores acro the country.
Prime minister Imran Khan has directed the concerning authorities to ensure the availability of all the food items on the prices the government has determined.
On Friday, he held a meeting where the CM Punjab, Sardar Usman Buzdar, CM KPK, Mahmood Khan, advisor to the PM and other high officials were present.
The Prime minister directed them to ensure the uninterrupted power supply during Se har and Iftar times in the blessed month of Ramadan.
In the meeting, Punjab Chief Secretary, Yousuf Naseem Khokhar briefed the meeting that the Govt. of Punjab has set more than 300 Ramadan Bazars to facilitate the people more and more in the sacred month of Ramadan. The higher authorities have ensured the supply of the basic food items such as flour, basin, rice, sugar, onion, lemon, tomatoes and other food items in the Ramadan Bazaars organized by the Govt. of Punjab.
Prime Minister also directed the higher authorities to provide the high standard food items in Ramadan Bazaars.
