Zong advance balance is a highly beneficial utility offered by Zong for the prepaid customers. It is also called Zong rescue and Zong Loan. If you are out of credit and you need some rupees to call any friend urgently, Zong advance balance is a blessing in disguise. Sometimes, you are stuck in an emergency situation and you are out of credit. In such conditions, Zong brings the Rescue utility to meet the emergency needs.
There are different ways to get the Zong advance balance. I am using here all of them so that you could select the method that is easier for you.
Via SMS
If you run out of credit and you need Zong advance balance, you can get it by sending an SMS. It does not matter if you have zero or low balance. Just send a message and get instant rescue by Zong. Follow the steps below to get Zong advance balance via SMS.
Go to the SMS and type “rescue” and send it to 911. Soon, it will show you a response and within a few seconds, you will get Rs 25 in your account.
Via USSD Code
If you do not want to follow the above-given method of getting Zong advance balance, follow the method here. You need to dial “*911#” from your dialer and press “Call” to get the Zong advance balance. Within a few seconds, you will receive an SMS that confirms that you have successfully received Zong advance balance.
Terms and Conditions
The limit of Zong advance balance cannot exceed from Rs 50. If you have already obtained a loan, you cannot get another advance load until you pay the previous one.
When you get the loan, you receive Rs 25 but Rs 3.50 service charges will apply to it. On the next recharge, Rs 28.50 will be deducted from your account.
If you have more than Rs 5 credit in your phone, you cannot avail Zong advance balance.
