Islamabad High Court Rejects Bail Plea for Asif Zardari and Faryal Talpur in Money Laundering Case

Islamabad High Court has rejected bail plea of Asif Ali Zardari and Faryal Talpur. The team of NAB Islamabad is in action to arrest both the leaders.

ISLAMABAD: On Monday, Islamabad High Court rejected the permanent bail of Asif Zardari and Faryal Talpur in Money Laundering case.

A two-judge bench comprising Justice Mohsin Akhtar and Amir Farooq held the hearing of bail plea for Asif Zardari and his sister Faryal Talpur for Money Laundering case. They are accused of Mega money laundering via using fake bank accounts.

Bail Plea of Zardari and Faryal Talpur Rejected

Islamabad High Court issued its orders to arrest Faryal Talpur and Asif Zardari. The team of NAB Islamabad arrives at Parliament to arrest Asif Zardari and Faryal Talpur. According to the NAB Islamabad, Both of them will be arrested today. The IHC bench also rejected the bail plea for both of them. They have only option to appeal against the High Court’s decision in the Supreme Court of Pakistan.

Asif Zardari and his sister Faryal Talpur have been accused of transferring hundreds of millions of rupees to abroad private companies by using the fake bank accounts. NAB Islamabad took an action against them on the basis of solid pieces of evidence.
