Changan Brings Deepal S07 to Market with Zero-Interest Plan in Gujarat

Changan Auto’s Gujarat outlet has rolled out an attractive deal for buyers eyeing the Deepal S07 electric SUV. The dealership is offering an 18-month installment plan with no markup, which translates into monthly payments starting at PKR 417,000. To sweeten the offer, every purchase comes with an 8-year or 240,000 km battery warranty.

What the Deepal S07 Offers

The Deepal S07 sits in the compact crossover segment and comes under Changan’s new energy lineup. Customers can opt for a pure battery-electric model or an extended-range version that pairs an electric motor with a small petrol generator, providing flexibility for long-distance driving.

Power and Range

Globally, the S07 is available in multiple power setups, ranging from 218 to 258 horsepower. The extended-range edition produces 238 hp and uses a 1.5-liter petrol engine solely as a generator. Depending on configuration, the EV version can travel up to 628 km on a single charge, while the range-extended model stretches total driving distance to well over 1,100 km.

Charging Tech and Efficiency

The SUV supports DC fast charging, taking the battery from 30% to 80% in roughly 35 minutes. It also includes vehicle-to-load (V2L) functionality, allowing owners to run external devices directly off the car’s battery. Changan has integrated regenerative braking as well, making urban stop-and-go driving more energy efficient.

Inside the Cabin

The S07’s interior leans heavily on tech. A 12.3-inch head-up display complements the central touchscreen, which runs Huawei’s HarmonyOS on Snapdragon processors. Safety and driver assistance features cover the essentials, including lane-keep assist, automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, forward collision warning, and traffic jam assist.

The Takeaway
By coupling modern features and competitive range figures with an interest-free financing plan, Changan is clearly trying to lower the barrier for EV adoption in Pakistan. The offer may particularly appeal to early adopters who want long-range flexibility without the anxiety of battery replacement costs.
